I would like the world to know, that it has been a true blessing hiring Smiley and his team for our youth event. Mr, Smiely took on a job for a three day youth capacity building retreat at Campfire. Smiely catered to the youth for the full three days with outstanding meals. I believe that the youth got more food out of the trip then anything else, because the food was that good. Not only did he bless us with his skilled cooking, he filled the area with music and joy which was a breath of fresh air.

Your meals are always healthy and delicious and we love all the new menu additions. The kids seem to love eating your food as the lines rap around corners at the events you cater. Maybe one day you will be serving up hot and healthy lunches that would provide kids with a home cooked (lunch) meal instead of the fast food options currently consumed.

Seriously, people were coming up for 10ths (yeah, there was nuff food for the long belly crowd)!

i recommend Smiley food catering to anybody that is hold large events and would like a wide diversity of foods to be offered.
Not only do you get the great experience to enjoy the wonderful food but it also get to enjoy the lovely decore he provides for the tables such as the seasoned oil bottles.

aaaaaaahhh! that was delicious smiley thank you once again for puttin such a fantstic selection of the most delectable mouth watering and i might add suculent meals. I especially liked the salmon/mango with the sauce i dont think i've ever had tasted salmon like that. everything was great & the volunteers had a great time. thank you, thank you, thank you.
