Smiley came to my High School and cooked some jerk chicken and rice, and it was the best! Smiley you rock dude and I wish you could come back and cook again!

I remember the time when he saved me from the guys @ school, when they were bugging me in the hallway. They had me trapped, and smiley came 2 the rescue. I know smiley doesn't even remember that lol but it's ok though.

Smiley has done staff lunches for over 100 people and everyone has enjoyed his delicious food. Also, Smiley is easy to work with in planning the event. He couldn't be more accomodating!
I gave Smiley a reference to cater a friend's wedding this past July and all the guests raved about the food. Personally, I love it all but I am still dreaming about the oxtail and plantain.
We hope to have Smiley cater another event for us this year.
